Try connecting to the session again

If you are getting this problem, there is a program running in the background of your computer that is heavily using your video card.

The following ways can be followed to solve the problem:

  1. Turn your computer off and on.
  2. Try deleting the cookies and connecting again.
Having programs that use your computer or your internet open in the background during screen sharing lessons may cause you to experience connection problems.

Sharing videos along with screen sharing can cause freezes. If your internet is causing problems or you are experiencing freezing when you share screen, you can solve this situation by turning off your video.
