I can hear the people in the session, but they don't hear me. [or vice-versa]

There can be many reasons that may cause this problem. If you are having problems with hearing audio in a video on YouTube with your headphone, you should change your headphone.

Try out a few possible solution methods that are mentioned below in order.

  1. Make sure that the audio input-output is working.
  2. Be sure to use the latest version of the browser you are using. If there is still a problem, change your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Clear the cookies history in your browser and make sure you have the necessary permissions.

  1. Make sure that the browser you use has microphone permission by going to Privacy -> Microphone settings in the Windows settings window.
  2. Restart your computer.
