Continuously rotating Collaborate screen solution (Chrome)
These problems may occur if cookies are not set properly, cookies are blocked or necessary permissions are not given.
To solve the problem, follow the steps below:
- Click the Virtual Classroom (Collaborate) link of the relevant course from Blackboard.
- Click the key sign next to the address bar. Click on the Cookies section.
- You can see the blocked code in the Blocked section in the window that opens. To unblock this blocked cookie, you have to click on the cookie and click Allow. After completing these processes, click Done.
- After completing these steps, Reload warning appears on the page. The problem will be solved when you refresh the page.
