Assistant Students General Information

The procedures to be done to get the Assistant Student position at MEF University can be explained in a few simple steps.

Assistant student process;

  1. If the assistant student will work with an instructor, he/she will e-mail the instructor's information, TR ID Number, IBAN number to the head of the department, if he/she will work in an administrative unit, he/she will e-mail his/her director. Head of department / administrative director transmits this information to the Human Resources office.

It starts with this step. In assistant students, time tracking is done with a document called 'payroll'.

  1. Assistant student sends his/her payroll signed at the end of each month to the Human Resources office. The payroll document can be downloaded by clicking the link below.

Assistant Student Payroll

Payments are made on the 10th of the month following the study.
The Assistant Student can work up to 60 hours in a calendar month.
Assistant students cannot do internships during the period of office.
